This report brings together cross-sector data to provide an overview of successes and challenges impacting children, families, and communities and features the 2020 SAC Recommendations.
The VECAP is a bold, collaborative approach to building a comprehensive and integrated early childhood system that promotes healthy child development and family stability from the prenatal period through age eight, centered around making measurable changes in early childhood outcomes.
Creating meaningful partnerships with families leads to better outcomes for children. The Family Engagement Assessment project was conducted in 2020 to inform and improve how people who serve Vermont’s children and families respect and engage families as partners.
